- Strong understanding of UK tendering regulations, procurement processes, and frameworks, including Public Contracts Regulations (PCR) and EU procurement directives (OJEU).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze tender documentation, assess risk, and develop strategic bid responses.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tender responses simultaneously and meet deadlines.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with tender management software or CRM systems is desirable.
