Parties Involved:
- Client: The organization or entity offering a platform or opportunity for business enrollment, where multiple contractors are needed to perform various tasks related to the enrollment process. This can include business registration, marketing, or customer onboarding activities.
- Contractor(s): The individual(s) or company responsible for performing the services related to business enrollment, which may involve gathering business registrations, processing applications, and onboarding new businesses to the client’s platform or service.
Budget:
₹30,000 per assignment for each business enrollment task executed.
Scope of Work:
This contract pertains to the business enrollment process, where the contractor(s) are responsible for enrolling multiple businesses onto the client’s platform or system. The process involves a series of tasks aimed at registering businesses, collecting necessary documentation, verifying credentials, and ensuring that businesses are successfully onboarded.
Services Provided: The contractor will provide the following services under this agreement:
- Business Identification and Registration: Identifying potential businesses for enrollment based on the client’s target demographic or industry focus. The contractor will help businesses complete their registration forms, providing guidance through the entire process.
- Document Collection and Verification: The contractor will assist businesses in collecting all required documentation (e.g., business licenses, identification, tax information). They will also be responsible for verifying that the documents meet the client’s eligibility criteria and standards.
- Business Data Entry: The contractor will input collected business data into the client’s database or system, ensuring that all business information is accurate, up-to-date, and properly formatted.
- Enrollment Support: Providing support to businesses throughout the enrollment process. This may include answering inquiries, clarifying the registration steps, and troubleshooting any issues businesses may face.
- Communication with Businesses: Ensuring timely and clear communication with the businesses throughout the enrollment process, including reminders, updates, and notifications on the status of their registration.
- Quality Control: Verifying that each business enrolled is legitimate, fully compliant with local regulations, and matches the client’s criteria for enrollment. This includes checking documentation and ensuring that businesses meet any legal or financial requirements.
- Reporting: The contractor will provide regular progress reports to the client, outlining the number of businesses enrolled, any challenges encountered, and overall progress.
- Training (if necessary): If required, the contractor may provide training to businesses on how to use the client’s platform or service, including navigating the website, uploading documents, and managing business profiles.
Timeline and Deadlines:
- Initial Planning (1 Week): The contractor will work with the client to understand the specific requirements for the enrollment process, including the criteria for business selection and any required documents.
- Business Enrollment Phase (2-4 Weeks): The contractor will engage with businesses to complete their registrations and collect all necessary documentation. The length of this phase will depend on the scale of the enrollment process and the number of businesses involved.
- Data Verification & Input (1-2 Weeks): The contractor will verify all collected business data, ensure accuracy, and enter it into the client’s system. This phase will involve confirming that all documents are valid and correctly formatted.
- Reporting and Completion (Ongoing): The contractor will provide ongoing reports throughout the process and will submit a final report detailing the total number of businesses enrolled and the success rate of the enrollment process.
Payment Terms:
- 30% Advance Payment: A 30% deposit is due upon signing the contract. This covers the initial costs of business identification, registration setup, and document collection.
- 40% After Mid-Phase Completion: After the first round of business enrollments has been completed and a significant portion of the work has been done (e.g., documents collected and verified), a further 40% of the payment will be due.
- 30% Upon Final Submission: The final 30% will be paid once the full enrollment process is completed, and all businesses have been successfully enrolled. This includes the submission of all relevant reports and documentation to the client.
Responsibilities of the Client:
- Provision of Enrollment Criteria: The client will provide clear guidelines regarding the requirements for businesses to enroll, including any necessary documentation and eligibility standards.
- Access to Platform or System: The client will ensure that the contractor has the necessary access to their platform, system, or any other resources required to complete the enrollment process.
- Feedback and Review: The client will provide timely feedback on the progress of the enrollment process and will review and approve the reports submitted by the contractor.
- Payment for Services: The client will ensure timely payment according to the outlined payment terms once the services have been rendered.
Quality Assurance and Standards:
- Business Verification: The contractor will ensure that all businesses enrolled meet the client’s criteria. They will cross-check business information with public databases or regulatory bodies to ensure compliance.
- Data Accuracy: The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that all business information entered into the system is accurate and error-free.
- Customer Service: The contractor must ensure excellent customer service throughout the enrollment process, helping businesses navigate the registration steps and resolving any issues quickly.
Revisions and Modifications:
- The client may request changes to the enrollment process or additional features during the contract period. Any changes to the scope of work, number of businesses, or timeline will be agreed upon in writing by both parties, which may lead to adjustments in the budget.
- If new requirements arise after the contract has been signed, the contractor will negotiate new terms and fees accordingly.
Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the contract with a 15-day written notice.- If the client terminates the contract before completion, the contractor is entitled to payment for work already performed, including data collection, business registrations, and any administrative tasks completed up until that point.
- If the contractor fails to meet the quality standards or deadlines set in the contract, the client reserves the right to terminate the agreement and may request a refund for incomplete or substandard work.
Confidentiality Clause:
- The contractor agrees to keep all business data, documents, and information confidential. They are prohibited from sharing business-sensitive information with any third party without prior written consent from the client.
- The contractor will ensure that all contractors or team members involved in the enrollment process also sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA).
