Parties Involved:

• Client: The organization or entity that requires contractors to carry out specific tasks or deliverables on a contractual basis. This may include private companies, government bodies, or non-profit organizations that need to hire contractors for various work.
• Contractor(s): The individual(s) or organization responsible for performing the services or tasks outlined by the client, who will be hired under this contract for the purpose of conducting work or managing a specific assignment.

Budget:

₹30,000 per assignment for each contractor collection task executed.

Scope of Work:

This contract involves the collection of contractors for specific assignments or tasks as requested by the client. The contractor (or agency) hired under this agreement will be responsible for identifying, recruiting, and managing contractors who will fulfill the needs of the client. The contractors hired for each assignment must meet the specified qualifications, perform the tasks effectively, and ensure compliance with the client’s expectations.

1. Services Provided: The services that the contractor will provide under this contract include, but are not limited to:

   • Recruitment and Selection of Contractors: Identifying and recruiting suitable contractors for specific tasks based on the client’s needs. This will involve detailed assessment and background checks of contractors to ensure they meet the required standards, skills, and experience.
   • Coordination with Contractors: Communicating with the selected contractors, ensuring they understand the scope of work, deadlines, payment terms, and the quality of work expected. The contractor will act as the intermediary between the client and the hired contractors.
   • Managing Contractor Agreements: Ensuring that all recruited contractors sign agreements outlining the scope of their work, deliverables, timelines, and payment conditions. These agreements will be customized according to the client's requirements.
   • Task Supervision: Overseeing the work of contractors to ensure that it aligns with the client’s expectations. This includes providing feedback, resolving issues, and ensuring that contractors adhere to deadlines and quality standards.
   • Regular Reporting: The contractor will report to the client on the progress of the tasks being completed by the hired contractors. This will include updates on milestones achieved, any issues faced, and a forecast of the expected timeline.
   • Payment and Invoicing: Ensuring that contractors are paid according to the agreed-upon rates and timelines. The contractor will be responsible for collecting invoices from the hired contractors, verifying them, and making the necessary payment arrangements.
   • Compliance and Documentation: Ensuring that all contractors comply with the terms and conditions outlined in their contracts, including work safety protocols, legal compliance, and insurance requirements. This will include maintaining detailed documentation of all agreements, invoices, and communications.

2. Timeline and Deadlines:

   • 1 Week Prior to Collection: Coordination with the client to finalize the list of contractors required for each assignment. Establishment of the criteria for contractor selection and agreement on the expected timeline for task completion.
   • 2 Weeks for Recruitment and Selection: The contractor will be responsible for recruiting and selecting suitable candidates within two weeks, based on the client’s requirements.
   • Ongoing Management and Supervision: During the assignment period, the contractor will provide ongoing supervision and coordination to ensure smooth progress and the completion of tasks.
   • Completion and Reporting: Upon completion of each assignment, the contractor will provide the client with a final report detailing the work done, any issues faced, and the overall performance of the hired contractors.

3. Payment Terms:

   • 30% Advance Payment: The client will pay 30% of the total contract value at the time of signing the agreement. This will cover the initial costs associated with contractor recruitment and preparation.
   • 50% Upon Recruitment Completion: Once the contractors are successfully recruited and the necessary agreements are signed, the client will pay an additional 50% of the total contract value.
   • 20% Final Payment: The final 20% will be paid after the successful completion of the assignment and submission of all relevant reports. If there are any outstanding issues or incomplete tasks, the client reserves the right to withhold payment until all issues are resolved.

4. Responsibilities of the Client:

   • Clear Instructions: The client will provide clear instructions on the tasks to be performed by the contractors, including the scope of work, timelines, and expected deliverables.
   • Contractor Requirements: The client will provide specific requirements for the contractors, including qualifications, skills, and experience necessary to perform the tasks.
   • Timely Feedback: The client is responsible for providing timely feedback on the work completed by contractors and will communicate any issues or concerns to the contractor in a clear and constructive manner.
   • Final Payment: The client will ensure that all payments to the contractor and any sub-contracted individuals are made in accordance with the agreed terms.

5. Quality Assurance and Standards:

   • The contractor will ensure that all recruited contractors meet the required quality standards, including any necessary qualifications, certifications, and expertise.
   • The contractor will perform regular quality checks to ensure that contractors are meeting the client’s expectations and delivering results on time.
   • The contractor will work to resolve any issues quickly and effectively, making sure that tasks are completed to the required standard and on schedule.

6. Revisions and Modifications:

   • The client may request modifications to the scope of work or the selection of contractors. Any changes to the contractor pool or task deadlines will be agreed upon by both parties and may incur additional costs, which will be clearly outlined in an amendment to the contract.
   • If the client requires additional contractors beyond the agreed number, this will be negotiated separately and priced according to the scope of the new work.

7. Termination Clause:
   Either party may terminate the contract with a 15-day written notice.

   • If the contract is terminated by the client before the work is completed, the contractor will be entitled to payment for any work or recruitment tasks already carried out.
   • If the contractor fails to meet performance standards or delivers unsatisfactory results, the client reserves the right to terminate the contract and seek a refund for any incomplete or substandard work.

8. Confidentiality Clause:

• The contractor agrees to maintain strict confidentiality regarding any proprietary or confidential information provided by the client. This includes business strategies, personal data, and any other sensitive material.
