Responsibilities: -
  1. Develop and execute digital advertising campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and others.
  2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign objectives, target audiences, and messaging strategies.
  3. Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad creative development to optimize campaign performance.
  4. Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize ROI and achieve campaign objectives.
  5. Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROI, and make data-driven decisions to optimize performance.
  6. Conduct A/B testing and experimentation to improve ad performance and identify winning strategies.
  7. Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital advertising.
  8. Generate regular reports on campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for optimization.
  9. Coordinate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creatives and landing pages that align with campaign objectives.
  10. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and analytics, to ensure campaign alignment with overall business goals.

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  2. 5-6 years of experience in digital advertising, preferably in a campaign management role.
  3. Proficiency in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  4. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
  5. Experience with campaign optimization techniques, including audience segmentation, bid adjustments, and ad creative testing.
  6. Knowledge of digital marketing KPIs and metrics, including CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.
  7. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
  8. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  9. Adaptability and willingness to learn and implement new strategies and technologies in digital advertising.
  10. Certifications in digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads or Facebook Blueprint are a plus.
