- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 years of experience in software testing, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
- Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, or TestNG, and experience with scripting languages like Python or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile, Scrum, or Kanban.
- Familiarity with defect tracking systems such as JIRA, Bugzilla, or HP ALM, and version control systems like Git or SVN.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex systems and troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
- Attention to detail and meticulousness in identifying and documenting software defects and test results.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines.
