Scope of Work:
The architect/designer will create 50 home maps specifically for plots measuring 500 square feet. These designs will focus on efficient use of space, ensuring that the residential structure meets all local building regulations while maximizing functionality and comfort.
Design Requirements:
- Efficient Use of Space: Each map will optimize the available space of the 500 square feet plot to ensure it accommodates essential living areas such as:
- Living area, bedroom(s), kitchen, bathroom, and storage space.
- Customized Design: The architect will provide customized designs based on the client’s requirements. The client may specify the number of rooms, preferred architectural styles (e.g., modern, traditional, minimalist), and any other special features (e.g., garden, parking space).
- Regulatory Compliance: The design will adhere to local building codes, zoning laws, and environmental regulations. The architect will ensure that the design complies with the rules regarding setbacks, height limits, and structural stability.

Design Process:

- Week 3-4: Completion of drafts for the remaining 25 maps, incorporating client feedback and revisions.
- Week 5-6: Final revisions and preparation of final home maps.
Payment Terms:
- 20% advance payment upon signing the contract (₹10,000).
- 40% after delivery of the first 25 home maps (₹20,000).
- 40% upon completion and final approval of all 50 home maps (₹20,000).
Rights and Ownership:
- The client will hold exclusive ownership of all final designs and maps upon full payment.
- The architect/designer retains the right to use the maps in their professional portfolio for promotional purposes but may not sell or distribute them to any third party without the client’s consent.
Revisions and Modifications:
- The client is entitled to two rounds of revisions: one after reviewing the preliminary drafts and one after receiving the final designs.
- Any revisions beyond these two rounds will incur additional charges, which will be agreed upon in writing before proceeding.
Termination Clause:
Either party may terminate the contract with a 15-day written notice.
- If the contract is terminated after work has commenced, the client will compensate the architect/designer for the work completed, including drafts, designs, and consultations up to the termination date.
Confidentiality Clause:
The architect/designer agrees to keep all designs, plans, and client information confidential. Any unauthorized use or sharing of designs without the client’s written consent will result in legal action.
