Budget:
₹50,000 per assignment for each enrollment task completed. This includes the collection, registration, and management of participant data for the Mulyankan Olympiad.
Scope of Work:
The contractor’s role in this contract is to facilitate the enrollment process for students wishing to participate in the Mulyankan Olympiad. The contractor will oversee the entire process from the collection of participant information to submitting the final enrollment list to the client.
Services Provided: Under this contract, the contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Promotion and Outreach: The contractor will help spread awareness of the Mulyankan Olympiad by reaching out to schools, academic institutions, and students. This may involve distributing promotional materials, sending emails, making phone calls, and using social media to encourage participation.
- Participant Registration: The contractor will collect and process registrations from individual students or school representatives. This includes obtaining the necessary personal details of the participants, such as name, age, grade level, contact details, and any other required information.
- Data Entry and Validation: The contractor will ensure that all registration data is entered accurately into the system. They will cross-check for any inconsistencies, errors, or missing information and make necessary corrections before submission to the client.
- Communication with Schools and Students: The contractor will act as the primary point of contact for students, teachers, and school representatives. They will provide assistance with any questions related to registration, the event schedule, or rules. They will also send reminders to schools and students about important dates and registration deadlines.

- Enrollment Phase (3-6 Weeks): The contractor will work diligently to complete registrations. This phase will last 3 to 6 weeks, depending on the size of the student pool and the number of participating schools. The contractor will track the progress of registrations and ensure they are completed within the designated time frame.
- Final Submission and Review (1 Week): After the registration process concludes, the contractor will submit the final list of participants, ensuring all details are accurate and that there are no errors in the submission. The final week will be reserved for any last-minute adjustments or corrections to the participant list.
Payment Terms:
- 30% Advance Payment: The client will pay 30% of the total contract value upfront to initiate the project. This payment covers the contractor’s initial outreach efforts, platform setup, and early-stage registrations.
- 40% Upon Mid-Process Review: After 50% of the targeted number of participants have been successfully registered, the client will pay an additional 40% of the total contract amount. This milestone will be based on a review of the registrations completed thus far.
- 30% Upon Final Completion: After all registrations have been completed, and the final list of participants has been submitted, the client will make the remaining 30% payment.
Responsibilities of the Client:
- Providing Registration Platform and Tools: The client will ensure the contractor has access to the necessary registration platform, software, and tools required to manage the enrollment process. This includes login credentials, training materials, and technical support.
- Clear Registration Criteria: The client will provide the contractor with all the necessary criteria for student eligibility, registration requirements, and any other specific instructions related to the Mulyankan Olympiad.
- Support and Assistance: The client will offer support for any technical or logistical issues faced by the contractor during the registration process, including troubleshooting the registration system or answering questions about event details.
- Review and Feedback: The client will periodically review the progress of the registration work and provide feedback on the contractor’s performance. Any issues or discrepancies will be promptly communicated to the contractor for correction.
- Timely Payment: The client will ensure payments are made according to the agreed schedule.
Quality Assurance and Standards:
- Accuracy of Data: The contractor will ensure that all data entered into the system is accurate, complete, and consistent. They must verify each registration to ensure no errors or omissions.
- Compliance with Eligibility Requirements: The contractor will ensure that all participants meet the eligibility criteria set by the client. This may include confirming the grade level, age, or other specific factors that determine a participant’s eligibility.
- Customer Service and Support: The contractor will provide high-quality customer service to students, teachers, and school representatives throughout the enrollment process. They will resolve any registration issues promptly and professionally.
- Compliance with Data Protection Laws: The contractor will comply with all applicable data protection regulations, ensuring that student information is securely collected, stored, and transmitted. The contractor will ensure that data is handled in accordance with privacy laws such as GDPR, CCPA, or local data protection laws.
Revisions and Modifications:
- Client-requested Modifications: If the client requires changes to the registration process (e.g., changes to data fields, new eligibility criteria), the contractor will be responsible for implementing these modifications. Any major changes will require a written amendment to the contract.
- Additional Registrations: If the client wishes to increase the number of participants or extend the registration deadline, the contractor will negotiate a new budget or fee structure to accommodate the added workload.
Termination Clause:
- By the Client: The client may terminate the contract with a 15-day written notice if the contractor fails to meet deadlines, deliver quality work, or comply with the registration requirements. If terminated early, the contractor will be paid for the work completed up to that point.
- By the Contractor: The contractor may request termination of the contract if they are unable to fulfill their obligations due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the contractor must complete any work already in progress and ensure a smooth transition before discontinuing their services.
Confidentiality Clause:
- The contractor will sign a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) to ensure that all personal and academic information of the participants is kept confidential. The contractor agrees not to share or use this information for any purpose other than completing the enrollment process.
- The contractor will ensure that any third-party team members involved in the registration process also sign a confidentiality agreement.
