Need ERP system .......

We are looking for a highly skilled ERP System Specialist to manage the company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. This role involves overseeing the configuration, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of ERP software across departments such as finance, human resources, supply chain, and inventory. The ideal candidate will optimize workflows, troubleshoot technical issues, provide training to staff, and ensure the ERP system aligns with business objectives.

 Responsibilities:

  • ERP Implementation & Management: Lead the configuration, customization, and deployment of the ERP system to align with business needs.
  • System Optimization: Regularly evaluate and optimize ERP processes, ensuring improved efficiency and productivity.
  • Cross-Department Integration: Collaborate with finance, HR, sales, logistics, and other teams to ensure seamless integration of ERP modules across functions.
  • Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve issues in the ERP system to maintain uptime and reliability.

  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Management, or related fields.
    • Certifications in ERP systems such as SAP Certified Application Associate, Oracle ERP Cloud Specialist, or Microsoft Dynamics Certification.
    • Previous experience working with cloud-based ERP systems.
    • Experience in multi-location or multi-national ERP deployments.
    • Prior project management certification (e.g., PMP or Prince2) is a plus.
  • ERP Systems Knowledge: Experience with major ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle ERP, Microsoft Dynamics, Odoo, NetSuite, or Infor.
  • Database Management: Strong understanding of relational databases like SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, or others used by ERP systems.
  • Customizations: Ability to configure and customize ERP systems based on the company’s needs.
  • API Integration: Experience with integrating third-party tools and APIs into the ERP system.
  • Knowledge of business processes such as finance, HR, procurement, supply chain, and inventory management.
  • Workflow Automation: Experience in automating business processes and streamlining operations through ERP functionality.
