Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
7+ years of experience in manual software testing, preferably in a software development or QA environment.
Strong understanding of software testing concepts, methodologies, and best practices.
Proficiency in creating and executing test cases, test plans, and test scenarios.
Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, or Mantis.
Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail.
Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
