- 5 Years of Experience in Graphic Design: A specified number of years (e.g., 2, 3, or 5 years) of hands-on experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in branding, layout design, typography, and digital media.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign): Advanced skills in industry-standard graphic design software and tools, particularly Adobe Creative Suite, to create high-quality visuals and designs.

- Excellent Communication and Collaboration Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to collaborate with team members, stakeholders, and external partners to achieve project objectives.
- Attention to Detail and Aesthetic Sensibility: A keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail, with the ability to maintain brand consistency and quality standards across all design materials.
- Time Management and Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Adaptability and Continuous Learning: Adaptability to changing project requirements and deadlines, as well as a proactive approach to staying updated on design trends, software updates, and industry developments.
