1. About the Service
All India Jobs Exam provides private-sector job referral and placement assistance to eligible candidates for relevant vacancies in the following categories:
Chat Support Executive
Customer Support Executive
Accounts Assistant
Administrative Executive
Office Staff & Back Office Executive
Data Entry and other relevant office roles
Our service includes candidate profile review, suitable job referrals, and recruitment coordination according to available vacancies and employer requirements.
2. Service Charges
The placement fee is separate from the registration fee and becomes payable upon receipt of a genuine written employment offer letter through our referral service, subject to the signed agreement.
3. 30-Day Full Refund Policy
The service period starts from the date the agreement is signed by both parties.
If All India Jobs Exam fails to secure a qualifying employment offer for the candidate within 30 calendar days, the candidate will be eligible for a 100% refund of the ₹1,500 registration fee, subject to verification of the agreement and payment.
The full eligible refund will be processed within 7–10 working days after verification.
No registration fee will be retained in an eligible no-placement case.
The offer must satisfy the job-role and other agreed criteria specified in the signed agreement.
4. Placement Fee After Receiving the Offer Letter
Once a genuine written employment offer letter is issued to the candidate through our referral service, the agreed placement fee of ₹10,000 becomes payable, according to the payment deadline stated in the signed agreement.
The placement service is considered delivered when the agreed qualifying offer is secured and issued, rather than when the candidate physically joins the employer.
Therefore, if the candidate receives the qualifying offer letter but independently chooses not to join, declines the offer, or changes their mind for personal reasons, the placement fee remains payable under the agreed terms.
5. Candidate's Responsibilities
The candidate agrees to:
Provide accurate personal, educational, and professional information.
Submit genuine documents and cooperate during the recruitment process.
Attend scheduled interviews and respond to employer communications.
Review the employment offer and its terms before accepting it.
Inform All India Jobs Exam about the offer letter received through its referral.
Pay the agreed placement fee within the specified deadline once the payment obligation arises, even if they subsequently decide not to join for personal reasons, subject to applicable law and the signed agreement.
6. Employer-Side Issues
If the employer withdraws the offer, cancels the vacancy, or fails to honour the written employment offer for reasons attributable to the employer, the case will be reviewed separately.
The candidate must inform All India Jobs Exam and provide relevant documents or communications. Any adjustment, refund, or other resolution will be determined according to the signed agreement, the circumstances, and applicable law.
A candidate's decision not to join independently will be distinguished from an employer-side cancellation or failure to honour the offer.
7. Non-Payment and Legal Remedies
If a candidate fails to pay the placement fee after it becomes due under the signed agreement, All India Jobs Exam may send written reminders or a formal demand notice and pursue lawful recovery remedies where available.
Any action will be taken through appropriate legal procedures and supported by the agreement and relevant evidence.
8. Employer and Vacancy Conditions
Actual vacancies, salary, eligibility, work location, working hours, job responsibilities, and other employment conditions depend on the employer and must be communicated as available.

9. Candidate Privacy
Candidate information will be collected and shared with prospective employers or recruiters for legitimate recruitment purposes, with appropriate notice and consent and in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
10. Agreement and Acceptance
Before payment, both parties must review and sign an agreement specifying:
Registration fee of ₹1,500.
Service period of 30 calendar days.
Full registration-fee refund conditions.
Placement fee of ₹10,000 and its payment deadline.
Definition of a qualifying offer letter.
Candidate non-joining and employer-side cancellation procedures.
Applicable dispute-resolution and legal procedures.
